Claire McArdle
CO-CEO & FOUNDER
Claire is an International Emmy award-winning executive who has worked extensively across a range of genres. Prior to founding CMG Productions with Rebecca Knight, she was the Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer of football platform OTRO. In a career spanning two decades, Claire has directed content pipelines reaching 150 countries and 200 million households, established in-house studios for international markets, and worked with major talent including David Beckham and Lionel Messi. She has consistently identified distinctive IP and translated it into commercially successful formats across scripted and unscripted genres and brings this strategic and creative leadership to CMG's international production slate. She is an avid football fan, and is a passionate historian, holding a PhD in nineteenth century ecclesiastical history.

Rebecca Knight
CO - CEO & FOUNDER
Rebecca Knight is an award-winning Executive Producer and Co-CEO and founder of CMG Productions with over 20 years' experience in commercial and business affairs across scripted and unscripted television, live events and digital content. Prior to founding CMG Productions she was Vice President of Production and Business Affairs for ViacomCBS International. She has a proven ability to manage large-scale commissioning budgets, negotiate complex multi-party deals, and build international co-financing and co-production structures that unlock new territories and revenue. A trusted advisor to broadcasters, talent and rights holders across the UK, US and Europe, she now leads business affairs and commercial strategy across CMG's production services and IP slate. Rebecca has a true passion for business and production and strongly believes in supporting new talent and creating meaningful partnerships on and off screen.

India Woods
DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER
India works across CMG’s development slate, specialising in access-driven documentary. Her credits prior to joining the team include The Devil on Trial (Netflix, 2023), Price Wars (ARTE, 2021) and Oink (BBC, 2017). She was a development producer at Dorothy St Pictures where she worked on The Greatest Night in Pop (Netflix, 2024), Pamela, a love story (Netflix, 2023) and Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story (Disney+, 2023). She is a 2023 Sundance Catalyst Alumni.
